Frequently asked questions

Licence and payments

Do I have to pay for the phone app?

No. The app is free. You can install it on any number of phones. What you pay for is the module installed in your store.

How many phones can I connect to one licence?

As many as you like within one store. Each device has its own permissions. Adding another staff member is free of charge.

Where do I buy a licence?

In the module configuration in your store, in the “License” section. You choose the period and the payment method, and the module takes you to a secure payment. You can also activate a licence with an activation code. Prices: pricing.

What is the difference between a subscription and a one-time purchase?

A subscription renews automatically for the next period and is cheaper. A one-time purchase gives you a licence for the chosen period and does not renew. To keep using the service after the licence period ends, you need to buy it again.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, on your own, in the Stripe customer portal. The licence remains active until the end of the paid period, after which the app returns to the Lite version.

Can the subscription price change?

Yes, but no earlier than 30 days after notice by e-mail. Until then you can cancel, and the paid period runs until its end. Details: terms of sale.

Does a licence cover several stores?

No. One licence is one store (one domain). Another store needs a separate licence.

What happens when the trial period or the licence ends?

The app switches to the Lite version. Buying a licence restores full access without having to configure anything again.

Installation and operation

Does the module work with PrestaShop 1.7?

No. We support PrestaShop 8+. This allows the module to use the current API without having to override system files.

Does the module support multistore mode?

Not yet. The module is designed for PrestaShop installations with a single store. With multistore enabled, orders and statistics from different stores are not kept separate.

Why does the app not connect to my store?

Most often HTTPS is missing or the certificate is invalid — the module rejects unencrypted connections. If your store is behind a CDN, a reverse proxy or a tunnel, enter its public address in the module configuration (the API address field); by default, the store’s domain is used.

The QR code does not work or has expired.

The pairing code is single-use and valid for one minute. Generate a new one in the “Pair a device” section and scan it straight away.

I am not receiving instant notifications.

Instant notifications are available in the Premium version. They require a one-time setup in the module, in the “Set up push notifications” section — the instructions will guide you step by step (setup guide). If you do not set them up, the app checks for new orders by itself roughly every 15 minutes. No notifications are sent in the Lite version.

The one-click update failed.

Some hosting providers do not allow the module to replace its own files. In that case, download the current version from the download page and upload it in the Module Manager — settings, devices and data will be preserved.

What if a staff member loses their phone?

You unpair the device in the store’s back office with a single click — its token stops working immediately. The device’s activity history remains in the log.

Data and security

Does my data end up on your servers?

No. Orders, products and customer data remain in your store, and the phone retrieves them directly from it. Our server only checks the status of the store’s licence.

When will there be an iOS version?

The app is being built with cross-platform technology, so an iOS version is a natural next step. We are not giving a date yet — Android is available today.
