  • the address of the store the report concerns,
  • the PrestaShop version and the module version (shown in the Module Manager),
  • the Android version and the app version, if the problem concerns the phone,
  • what you did, what you expected and what happened — a screenshot helps a lot.

Do not send us passwords, Firebase keys or your customers’ data — they are not needed to solve the problem.
