Installation

Installing the module on the server takes a few minutes.

1. Download the module

The module is a single ZIP file. The download is free and requires no registration — after installation you get 90 days of the full version.

Do not unzip the file — PrestaShop installs the module directly from the ZIP. On the download page you will also find the checksums of all releases.

2. Install it in your store

1. In the PrestaShop back office, open Modules → Module Manager.
2. Click Upload a module and select the downloaded ZIP file.
3. After installation, click Configure next to the PS Mobile Manager module. The trial period starts automatically.

3. Install the app and pair your phone

1. Install the PS Mobile Manager app on your phone from Google Play.
2. In the module configuration, in the Pair a device section, choose a permission group and click Generate pairing code.
3. In the app, scan the QR code from your computer screen. The code is single-use and valid for one minute — if it expires, generate a new one.

You pair each additional phone the same way, with its own permission group.

4. Push notifications (optional)

Without any setup, the Premium version of the app checks for new orders by itself about every 15 minutes. Instant notifications — also when the app is closed — require a licence and a free Firebase project from Google. In the module configuration, open Set up push notifications (optional) and follow the instructions; this takes about 5 minutes. Step-by-step description: setting up push notifications. The Firebase service account key stays only on your server. Given how Google’s notifications work, this procedure is necessary for instant notifications to work without intermediary servers.

5. Buy a licence whenever you choose

You buy the licence in the module configuration, in the License section: you choose the period and the payment method (subscription or one-time payment), and the module takes you to a secure payment. Once paid, the licence activates automatically. Prices: PS Mobile Manager pricing.

If you do not buy a licence after the trial period, the app switches to the Lite version.

Updates

When a new version is released, the module shows it in its configuration and updates with a single click. Every package is digitally signed, and the module verifies the signature before installation. Settings, paired devices and data are preserved. If your hosting does not allow updating with a single button, download the new version from the download page and upload it as in step 2.
