§ 1Who grants the licence and what it covers
The licensor is Łukasz Chróśniak, carrying on business under the name Firma „Łukasz Chróśniak”, ul. 16 Pułku Ułanów Wlkp. 5, 85-319 Bydgoszcz, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 9671175702, contact address support@weizo.eu, website weizo.eu (the “Producer”).
These terms apply to all of the Producer’s Products. Provisions specific to a particular Product — the length of the Trial Period, the scope of the Lite Version and the requirements — are set out in the Product Schedule (§ 11).
Purchase, prices, payments, withdrawal from the contract and complaints are governed by the Terms of Sale.
§ 2Definitions
| Product | The Producer’s software: a module installed in a PrestaShop shop, together with the associated app, if the Producer makes one available. |
|---|---|
| App | The Producer’s app that connects to the Product. It is free of charge and is not itself sold. |
| Licensee | A party that has acquired a Licence. |
| Shop | A single PrestaShop installation of the Licensee, identified by the Product by means of a unique technical identifier and a domain. |
| Licence | The right to use the Product in one Shop for a specified period. |
| Trial Period | A free period with full functionality, started after the Product is installed, if the Product Schedule (§ 11) provides for one. |
| Lite Version (preview mode) | The free state of the Product after the Trial Period or the Licence ends: data is visible to a limited extent and some functions are disabled. It applies if the Product Schedule (§ 11) provides for it; the Product Schedule also sets out its scope. |
| Bundle | A separate product covering more than one of the Producer’s Products — see § 6. |
§ 3What the licence covers
- The Producer grants the Licensee the right to use the Product in one Shop (one installation, one primary domain) for the period resulting from the purchase.
- The right is assigned to the Shop, not to a person, account or device. Moving the Shop to another domain does not invalidate the Licence; running the Product in a second, separate Shop requires a second Licence.
- Auxiliary environments (a test copy, staging) of the same Shop do not require a separate Licence, provided that they are not used for sales.
- The Licence does not transfer copyright. The Product and the App remain the property of the Producer.
§ 4Trial Period and Lite Version
- If the Product Schedule (§ 11) provides for a Trial Period for the Product, it starts after installation and gives full functionality. It does not require payment details and does not automatically convert into a paid Licence. Its length is stated in the Product Schedule.
- The Trial Period is available once per Shop and per Product. Reinstalling the Product does not renew it.
- If the Product Schedule provides for a Lite Version of the Product, the Product switches to it when the Trial Period or the Licence ends; its scope is stated in the Product Schedule. If the Product has no Lite Version, its functions cease to be available.
- In both cases the Shop continues to operate unchanged, and the Licensee’s data is not deleted.
§ 5End of access
- Access to the functions covered by the Licence ends when the paid period expires and, in the case of a subscription, at the end of the period for which the last payment was made. The Product then switches to the Lite Version or loses access to paid functions (§ 4(3)).
- The Product confirms the entitlement by connecting to the licence server.
- A failed renewal payment means that no period has been paid for; access ends when the period already paid for expires, even if the payment provider retries the charge.
- The Producer may suspend the Licence in the event of a gross breach of § 8, after first calling on the Licensee to remedy the breach and setting a deadline for doing so.
- Circumvention of licence protection — including removing or altering the verification mechanism or impersonating the licence server — entitles the Producer to terminate the Licence with immediate effect, without prior notice and without refunding the fee for the unused period. The Producer may also refuse to grant a further Licence to that Licensee and for that Shop.
§ 6Product bundle
- The Bundle covers those of the Producer’s Products that are included in it and already released. During any period in which the Bundle subscription is not paid, the Bundle gives no access to any Product. After renewal, the Bundle covers all Products included in it, including those released during the break.
- Including a new Product in the Bundle does not extend the Bundle subscription. All Products in the Bundle end on the same date, resulting from the paid period.
- The Producer reserves the right to designate individual Products as sold only separately, outside the Bundle. This reservation applies to Products released after it is announced and does not remove access to Products already included in the Bundle.
- The Bundle does not shorten or replace a Licence acquired separately for an individual Product. If the Licensee holds both entitlements, the later of the two expiry dates applies; expiry of the Bundle does not remove a Product purchased separately.
§ 7Updates and support
- During the Licence period, the Licensee is entitled to updates of the Product made available by the Producer, including bug fixes and changes resulting from new versions of PrestaShop.
- Updates are downloaded through the channel built into the Product. The Producer does not guarantee that every future version of PrestaShop will be supported; the range of supported versions is stated in the Product Schedule (§ 11) and in the Product description.
- If the Product works with an App, the App is free of charge and is updated independently of the Licence.
- Technical support is provided by e-mail at the address given in § 1, on business days. The Producer does not undertake to respond within any particular time, unless agreed separately in writing.
§ 8What is not permitted
The Licensee may not:
- resell, rent, lend or make the Product available to third parties, including as a service for other parties’ shops;
- use one Licence in more than one Shop, or resell or transfer a Licence after the code has been activated; merely passing on a code that has not been activated (e.g. by an agency to its client) is permitted;
- remove or circumvent the Licence verification mechanisms, including by modifying communication with the licence server;
- decompile, disassemble or reconstruct the source code — except to the extent permitted by mandatory provisions of law;
- remove authorship notices or licence information.
§ 9Liability
- The Product and the App are tools for running a shop. The Licensee is responsible for the content and consequences of operations performed using them, for configuring staff permissions and for backups of its shop.
- The Producer does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of external services on which additional functions depend (in particular instant notifications and the licence server), nor that the Product will work with every server configuration, theme and third-party module.
- Towards Licensees who are not consumers, the Producer’s liability under the contract is limited to the amount paid for the Licence in the 12 months preceding the event, and liability for lost profits is excluded. These limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally or to cases in which exclusion of liability is not permitted.
- The Producer is not a party to the relationship between the Licensee and its customers.
§ 10Personal data
The rules for processing data are set out in a separate document: Privacy Policy. What matters for the content of this agreement is that the Product queries the Producer’s server solely to check the status of the Licence. Data of the Licensee’s customers is not transferred to the Producer.
§ 11Product Schedule
Provisions specific to individual Products. The Schedule forms part of these terms; it is amended in accordance with § 12.

§ 12Changes to these terms
- Each version of these terms is published at its own permanent address and marked with a version number and date. Earlier versions remain available.
- A concluded contract is governed by the version accepted at the time of purchase. A change to these terms binds the Licensee from the next billing period and after notice given at least 30 days in advance; § 6(3) and (4) of the Terms of Sale apply accordingly.
- Changes resulting solely from changes in the law or from obvious clerical errors do not require the notice period referred to in paragraph 2.
- Adding to the Product Schedule (§ 11) provisions concerning a new Product does not constitute a change to these terms for Licensees of the other Products.
